Signs of Spring

It was a cool and wet Fresh-Air Friday at Dr. Coffin School. The Grade 5s and 6s were keen to explore the Whispering Woods for signs of life on their Biodiversity Quest.

We also learned how we are all connected, and the important role that birds play in the web of life.

Participating in Citizen Science is one way we can give back to the birds. Everyday people like you and me can get involved, tracking and submitting the birds we see. This will give scientists and conservationists the data they need to help protect birds at risk!
